In our mechanical workshop, all the weld production can be made. On this workshop, first welding jobs are finished, then sand blasting and painting preparation works are executed with experienced personnel.

MECHANICAL PART MANUFACTURING

All the designed machine parts are ground with related standards. All the plants are working with CAD/CAM applications.

With the ERP programs, all the production info is saved into corporate memory. In this way, all the time we assure the same quality and repeatability. In our workshop following plants can be used and every day we are adding new ones.

SOFTWARE and HARDWARE

We bring together the modern industrial control systems and IT technologies. The the first main component is a new generation of equipment differentiate from traditional equipment with low cost, less space requirement, low energy consumption, less heat generation. The second main component is the innovator software which is always developing. With an internet-based, remote management is possible.

ASSEMBLY

Nivel® Group has the necessary competence with its technical experience, process knowledge, and qualified labor. Our experienced personnel executes the mechanical and electrical assembly of the machines. We care about all the processes of assembly.
